PopDrama provides short video discovery, episode playback, favorites, watch history, guest access, wallet, coins, VIP membership, and AI studio features. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: email address, account ID, nickname, login token, guest account identifier, and account status.
• Device information: device ID or generated UUID, platform, app ID, language, device model, system version, and app version.
• Usage information: viewed videos, episode progress, favorites, search keywords, category browsing, button interactions, and playback attempts.
• Purchase-related information: coin balance, VIP plan selection, purchase configuration, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and restore-purchase records.
• AI Studio information: prompts you enter, selected task options, generated task metadata, and task status.
• Technical logs: request status, crash data, error logs, network status, and diagnostics used to maintain service stability.

3. Sensitive Information Protection

PopDrama does not intentionally collect, store, use, sell, rent, disclose, publish, transfer, or otherwise spread users' sensitive personal information unless it is strictly necessary for a feature that you actively choose to use, clearly disclosed to you, and permitted by applicable law.

Sensitive personal information includes, but is not limited to, biometric identifiers and biometric information such as face data, facial templates, facial geometry, voiceprints, voice identification patterns, fingerprints, palmprints, iris or retina data, and other unique biological characteristics. It also includes account credentials, passwords, payment account passwords, government identification numbers, precise financial account information, private contact lists, private messages, and other data that may create a higher privacy or security risk if misused.

We do not create face recognition profiles, voiceprint profiles, biometric templates, or identity-matching databases from your photos, videos, audio, camera input, or uploaded reference media. If you choose to use AI Studio, camera access, photo library access, or media upload features, the selected media is used only to provide the requested feature, such as generating AI content, uploading a reference image or video, or saving a result that you choose to save. We do not use such media to identify you, authenticate you by biometrics, track you across services, or build biometric recognition models.

We do not publicly display, distribute, or share your account identifiers, username, nickname, account ID, login token, or profile information except as needed to operate the app, maintain your account, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety, or complete actions that you request. We also do not sell sensitive information or use it for unrelated advertising, profiling, or third-party data brokerage.

If a feature requires access to the camera, microphone, photo library, storage, or tracking permission, you may manage or revoke that permission in your device settings. Some features may become unavailable after permission is disabled, but disabling permission will not prevent you from using other available parts of the app.

4. How We Use Information

• To create and maintain your account or guest profile.
• To provide video playback, episode access, recommendations, favorites, and watch history.
• To process coin packs, VIP membership, restore purchases, and subscription access.
• To personalize categories, search results, recommendations, and app experience.
• To operate AI Studio features and manage AI task history.
• To detect abuse, prevent fraud, secure accounts, and enforce our agreements.
• To debug errors, improve performance, and develop new features.

5. Guest Login And Device ID

If you choose guest login, PopDrama may use your device UUID or generated device identifier to create a temporary guest profile. This allows us to keep your viewing progress, favorites, wallet state, and app preferences available on the same device.

6. Payments And Subscriptions

Payments for in-app purchases, coin packs, VIP plans, and subscriptions are handled through the relevant app store, platform billing system, or payment provider. PopDrama does not receive or store your complete card number, app store login password, or payment account password. To deliver purchased benefits, verify entitlement, prevent fraud, and provide customer support, we may receive limited purchase records such as product identifiers, order or transaction identifiers, receipts, verification responses, order state, purchase amount, selected coin package, VIP plan details, renewal or expiration status, and refund or cancellation information.

7. Sharing Of Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate PopDrama, including hosting, analytics, payment processing, crash reporting, content delivery, and customer support. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a business transfer such as merger or acquisition.

8. Data Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect security, and enforce agreements. Guest data may remain tied to the device identifier unless you delete app data, log off, or request deletion where available.

9. Your Choices

• You may sign out at any time.
• You may request account deletion through the Delete Account option where available.
• You may manage subscription cancellation through the platform where you purchased it.
• You may disable certain permissions through system settings, although some features may stop working.

10. Children

PopDrama is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no network or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be shown in the app or otherwise made available. Continued use of PopDrama after changes means you accept the updated policy.
