1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PopDrama. By using the app, creating an account, using guest login, watching content, purchasing coins, activating VIP, or using AI Studio, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
PopDrama provides short video browsing, category discovery, search, episode playback, favorites, watch history, wallet, coins, VIP membership, restore purchase, and AI Studio tools. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued at any time.
3. Accounts And Guest Access
- You may use email login, registration, third-party login where available, or guest login.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- Guest profiles may be tied to your device UUID and may not be recoverable if device data is cleared.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service.
4. Content And Playback
Video titles, covers, episodes, recommendations, descriptions, and videos are provided for personal entertainment use only. You may not copy, redistribute, record, modify, sell, reverse engineer, or publicly display content unless expressly permitted by law or by PopDrama.
5. Coins, VIP, And Paid Features
- Coins and VIP access are digital features used inside PopDrama.
- Paid features may unlock episodes, AI tasks, ad-free playback, or membership benefits shown in the app.
- Purchases and subscriptions are completed through the applicable app store, platform billing service, or payment provider. PopDrama does not ask for or collect your full payment card number, app store password, or payment account password.
- For fulfillment, purchase verification, customer support, fraud prevention, and account records, PopDrama may receive purchase-related details such as product IDs, transaction or order IDs, receipts, verification results, order status, paid amount, coin package, VIP plan, renewal status, expiration status, refund status, and cancellation status.
- Prices, product names, durations, and benefits may vary by region, platform, account status, or promotional campaign.
- Unless required by law or platform policy, digital purchases may be non-refundable once delivered.
6. AI Studio
AI Studio may let you submit prompts and create AI-related tasks. You are responsible for prompts you submit. You must not submit illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content. AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable.
7. User Conduct
- Do not attempt to bypass payment, VIP, or episode restrictions.
- Do not interfere with APIs, servers, playback, purchase verification, or security systems.
- Do not use automated scraping, bots, or reverse engineering without permission.
- Do not use PopDrama for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
8. Intellectual Property
PopDrama, including its logo, pixel UI, giraffe mascot, app design, software, text, and service structure, is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes.
9. Third-Party Services
PopDrama may use third-party services for login, payment, analytics, hosting, content delivery, and platform subscriptions. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
10. Disclaimers
PopDrama is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free playback, permanent availability of any video, compatibility with every device, or that AI results will meet your expectations.
11. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PopDrama will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of access, lost profits, or service interruptions arising from use of the app.
12. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion where available. Deletion may remove account data, favorites, watch history, coins, VIP status, and other saved information, except data we must keep for legal, security, payment, or compliance reasons.
13. Changes To Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of PopDrama after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
